Probably the easiest way to take this is to mix the granules with some honey, eat it then chase with water. Most of these have fenugreek and/or fennel seeds so the mix shouldn't be too nasty.
BTW, I've never heard of a CAPSULE that was also an ENTERIC COATING designed to prevent the product from dissolving in the stomach. Assuming that these are a "natural" product, there is not likely anything in them to irritate your mouth or throat. If in doubt, call the manufacturer. They keep people on staff for just such question.

Not a good idea. I don't know what the ingredients are in these pills, but usually medications contained in a capsule are intended to enter your body over a certain period of time, as your body breaks down the capsule covering and releases the active ingredients inside. You could be overload your system by doing this. Also, its going to taste SO terrible. Just drink alot of water when you take the pills and you'll get used to the size after a few days.

The effect may be the same or it could be delayed. There are two main reasons why a powder is placed inside a capsule. One: it obviously holds the powder and the material of the capsule itself is timed to l dissolve in your stomach and not in your throat or esophagus. Two: The material in which the capsule is made of can be one in which it will not dissolve in your stomach, but your intestines. This done because some medications will irritate your stomach and cause pain or the medication will be rendered ineffective if dissolved in your stomach.
You may want to contact the company in which you bought the pills from......but to be honest, I have never heard of any pills that will enhance one's breasts.

There should be an 800# on the bottle or a web address for questions contact them for the best advice. If they are the herbal type I have seen advertised you would be fine mixing them with water or apple juice since it is the compound and not the capsule that is important. Good Luck!

No. Why? Dehydration. given which you will piss off some water, yet your physique's 'thirst' regulator will make you drink it returned. extra water excretion is a bad thank you to drop some pounds, by way of fact the water does not come out of your 'fat' cells. it is taken out of your blood by utilising the kidneys. in case you dehydrate too plenty, the blood gets thicker and greater good for the middle to pump, and that may not sturdy. Water pills may be okay for use for the period of your era. in case you basically consume marvelous and workout you may drop a pound or 2, in any different case merely take care of IT. do not endanger your well-being.

I would only take the medication the way it came, never muck around with things like that.
Also to answer Craig about taking medication with milk, you should never do that as the medication will not be absorbed into the body properly because milk lines the stomach.
