Oh yes, sure, right....absolutely; even when the scene they are filming has them where a coat. Since they wouldn't do the "icing" for a scene in a coat that eliminates your boyfriend assertion that they "always" do this. That is your proof to the dis-prove his claim.
My ex-wife's nipples were almost always noticeably visible when she worn a thin or no bra....with out icing. So it is possible that these attractive women may come by this naturally.
