It's completely a matter of opinion. When it comes to the topic, I'm completely for it, and for all women (not just rape victims). In my opinion, being forced to bring an unwanted and unloved baby into this world is terrible. There's many families I know that had abortions and later raised great children. A couple must decide by themselves when the time is right (if ever) to raise a child. It's not just about giving them food and shelter; you need to care for your baby for it to grow up right. When nobody wants a child, they feel it.

Pros of abortion could be that it could be a solution for a woman who was raped and became pregnant through no fault or will of her own.
Another could be where the fetus is malformed and would not survive. Doctors call this "terminating the pregnancy" but it's the same as abortion.
Or if the mother is in serious danger and it is highly likely that she will die.
Cons would be that it is a perfectly healthy human being with a soul that didn't ask for mom/dads stupidity.
another con would be that there are so many people who are out there that would love to adop a child and give it a good life. that, of course, will be counteracted with the fact that there are tons of children in the foster care system that could not be adopted. This is probably because people who want to adopt for some reason or another, want a baby, not a 2-3+ year old, and the adoption process takes so long, some of them get older and lost in the cracks.
Hope i helped, its all i could think of right now.

Pros: No more pregnancy. No hellspawned carpet ape messing up your life. The world's population does not increase. By removing your potential offspring from the adoption pool, you increase the chance for all other existing babies to be adopted.

Cons: Being harassed by uppity, judgemental retards who base their entire lives around an ancient work of fiction. Cost can also be a factor, if the woman is uninsured or her insurance does not cover abortion.

the pro is that the child will not have to go into adoption or have to be taken care of

the con is that the child will never live and the mother might be sad

i know a con is many people feel guilty after it, if people find out they may react to it in ways you may not appreciate, plus i have heard some horror stories like the operation not being doneproperly leaving fetus' in there and stuff, but that isnt all paces, make sure you check out their creds first.

-supposed pros: convenient, doesn't force a woman to be a mother or to give up her baby, doesn't force a woman to have to make changes

-cons: is the killing of human life, can affect a woman's ability to conceive later on, there can be complications, a woman can regret it later and can NEVER make up for it, there are plenty of people wanting to adopt babies and have to wait for years when a woman could have the baby and give it up for adoption

pro's: You dont have to take responsibilty for your actions.

Con's: It increases the chances of bodily infections
It decreases the chances of you getting pregnant again when you are actually mature.
Its MURDER.
Sadly, people will look at you differently (you could be humiliated)
From a religious standpoint; it is a sin.
