I very much doubt that you're pregnant, because if you were it would be very early in the story to be having these symptoms. Take a pregnancy test: if only to put your mind at ease. And if you are, then it's not the end of the world, there are lots of options, and you're young, but not too young, to deal with that as it arises. Don't worry now, if you can help it, because it's just torturing you and there's nothing to be done until you know for sure, anyway.

How certain are you of your pcos diagnosis? It's just what your saying sounds like it could be connected with endometriosis. Basically this is a condition that is even more common than pcos, but has a lot of the same symptoms. It's a congenital disorder whereby for some unknown reason, parts of your uterine tissue may be found in other places around your abdomen. This includes your bowel. When you menstruate, those other spots of tissue bleed also... which can cause cysts etc, because in lots of places the blood has nowhere to go. Sometimes this tissue can be present in the bowel, which would explain your toilet issue.

The thing with endometriosis is, it occurs in lots of varying degrees. Sometimes it just causes painful menstruation, other times it can be quite devastating to your health. It's becoming more known amongst the medical profession... I'd ask your doctor about it. if it's radically bad (grade 3 or above) then there's surgical solutions, but there are also drugs you can take, and some diet choices (cutting back on dairy, eating lots of greens, for example) that can make you feel better.

Basically my advice would be to go for a check-up anyway. Blood in the faeces isn't a sign of pregnancy... but it doesn't usually indicate good health in that region. You should talk to him or her about pregnancy, as well - s/he can test for that quick as anything, and maybe look at some options for contraception that would protect both you and your bf from having this sort of panic again next month!

Good luck, and I hope you feel better soon.

The combination of unprotected sex, a late period, sore breasts and fatigue does sound as if you could be pregnant. You should get a pregnancy test as soon as possible. If you are in the UK you can get one free from your GP or local family planning clinic, or buy one at any pharmacy.

The blood in your stool may simply be piles. Maybe you need more fibre in your diet? Blood in your stool is only cause for concern if a) there's a lot of it and/or b) you have other discharge with it.

Good luck.

The only way you will know for sure is to do a pregnancy test. The sooner you know, the sooner you can decide what to do. And if you don't want to be a mummy yet, next time use protection when you have sex!

its very unlikely that you are pregnant as their is only a number of days in the month that you can get pregnant and its normally in the middle of your cycle Its more unliklikely you are bcoz of your period bcoz that means their was an unfertile egg being discharged. Its more likely your period is late. A test is obviously the only way you can tell good luck!

You are 3 and a half weeks late for your period. I think that would be a YES.

Take a test to be sure.
