Is there an age limit or does it depend on your legs? If you wear opaque tights does that make it ok (no to bear legs unless they are perfect!!!).

I think it is ok as long as your mini skirts dont turn into bum skimming skirts. If that happens things are sagging a bit to much and its time to call it quits

There is no age limit! If you feel good about yourself and know that your legs are nice then go ahead and wear the minis!
I am 34 years old but my legs and butt are my best features.
When ever I go out on date nights with my hubby I wear the micro mini skirts! I have the confidence in myself to wear them and I don't care what anyone else may say or think!
If you've got it, flaunt it!

i think of it relies upon what outfit you're donning with the mini skirt in case you're donning a clubbing skirt at forty with a tiny vest precise.. hmm no longer very elegant yet whilst your donning a mini skirt with black tights @ forty, then it may look ok.

it depends on age and legs and wether you can get away with wearing a mini-skirt
- top age i'd say would be 30's
and yes you need the tights!

I am going to go against the flow here. I have seen too many people in mini skirts that look good as long as they are standing up. When you sit down well....... When I can see everything you have and I am not even trying to see its too short.

I am in my 50's and look good. I would not wear it as I would be uncomfortable in it. Great legs a must. If you look old give it up as you'll seem like your trying to regain your youth and look ridiculous.

i think once you get in your 30's then u r 2 old. Or it depends if you have nice long legs

id think it was depending on your legs. my mom has really nice muscular legs and shes 42 so she still wears them. people think shes my sister though...but if you arent a gymfreak like my mom, and your legs arent nice anymore...id really rather you not. it ruins the experiance for me as a youngin really. :D. if you feeel confident and dont give a crap, id say go ahead. but if you are asking harsh yahoo users this, i am guessing you do care.
