Here's one that worked for my CUUPS group in the middle of a Texas drought. It's from a "game" I played as a Brownie, back on the Navajo reservation. You sit in a circle and start by rubbing your fingers and thumbs together, kind of like the "money" gesture. Then you rub your hands together, and the sound gets louder. Then you rub your hands on your knees, to make the sound louder. (Like rainfall, see). Then you start slapping your hands on your knees, then you start stomping your feet while still slapping your hands on your knees. By that point, it should sound like a downpour. After enjoying that for a minute or two, envisioning the rain, you reverse the order of the sound you made, as if the rain is slowly letting up, until it's silent again.

We had STORMS after we tried that one.

The Native Americans didn't believe in themselves, but the Great Spirit.
I was in Nashville during a drought. One night there was heat lightning, (flashes of lightning but no thunder), and it was muggy.
I got to talking about how Natives made it rain with a Native
American.
H e laughed and said, "Go ahead, make it rain!"
I had a beer buzz going and got a Wild Hair up my @ss, and walked out in the middle of the street. I looked up and said,
"Heavenly Father, Nashville needs rain," and yelled, "RAIN!"
And it rained!

I will try and WILL you rain, but u must help. Respect the 4 winds and visualise the rain. Speak to the wind and the ground. Invoke and command. When it comes owe your life to love. IT WILL COME IN 46 HOURS.> ( Unless you live in a no rain zone)

If you are in a draught I think you should be looking for a spell to turn off the wind, either that or shut the door.
Seriously though, set a date to sunbathe on the beach and it's almost guaranteed to rain.
Another way would be to change your towns name to Manchester UK, that should do the trick.

Well, I would just pray for rain. Anytime we have needed it and the community decided to pray we got rain the next day. People are going to put a negative on this answer cause I said something about Praying but that is OK. I will pray for them.

Perhaps if you asked the Hopi's or other Indians they would help you out. Of course most of you people moved to dry areas to escape the rain so do we feel sorry for you?

Go into the garden and push a knife into the ground and after a short time pull it out whilst thinking of clouds bursting. That should do the trick.
