Well when they are just hanging and hot that is gross and they look like turkey neck skin. My boyfriends usually come up when he's aroused, so I like it when they are tight because he is turned on and they are also easier to play with when they are tight and not hangly dangly.

But I like them up tight close to me. It feels alot better and looks alot sexier I think. Plus when it is up tight, they are less likely to to get injured.

Up and tight is nice when having sex, but not too comfortable in tight jeans! Really it's all one and the same thing, depending on other variants.

well.....i like em down low...and i mean real LOW.....u know n when u wear nice tight pants...theres a B-E-A-U-tiful BULDGE!!!!! and its nice in bed...ow yeah.....pleasure is all mine.....so gay guys though like my friend prefer high and tight....we just had a nice conversation about this...what a coincidence...wow...

yes you can tell...usually if its cold, you have a "shrinkage factor". I like them when they are warm and hanging though.
