I have a few friends that use the silver bullet and have never complained about that problem i have heard that it is very intence orgasm and i guess someone whos bladder was full could lose control but no i dont think it will happen to everyone and if your worried just pee before you start

when during sexual intesity your body shuts off the mechanism to pee the sensation ppl say they feel is the sensation of getting close to orgasm they probably came and didnt realise wat it was you cant pee while sexualy acive if you dont believe me do sexual stuff or have an orgasm then go to the toilet you cant pee for a while coz it is shut off so my advice is to go for it and if u feel like u need to pee let go relax and enjoy the ride because u cant pee
