Me and My wife been together for 8 years and have 2 kids.She
wants a divorce,because she found a guy she love.She tells me they had a affair for 1 year. She pack her clothes and left me and the kids.She call her self picking the kids up from school.I pick the kids up from her around 6pm and she have them on the weekends.I told her being marry isn't easy.She tell me she doing to
much and she wants out.She don't want pay bills any more.
(example: Gas & Electric, Telephone and Car Insurance) Thats all
she pays in the household.She live with her parent.Her parent treats me like I'm the bad guy,because I have her paying me child support for the kids. To this day she hasn't pay me, she 3 month in
the hole($1300.00).She said she won't pay because we both have custody.I wanna go to child support agency so they can throw her a***s in jail.I wanna stick it to her real bad,but I wanna do the right thing and I still lover her.She also thinks I'm forcing her back to me
with the child support

Dude you need to DTB! Then get a hold of an attorney an get as much money out of her as possible. Tell her she can never see her kids again tell she pays. Kids make excellant bargaining chicks. Then use the money to hire a pair of hookers and have the double up on you. Take pictures and send them to her parents.

In my opinion you need to let her go. She obviously does not love you anymore and you will heal in time. In the mean time you and your wife need to put aside you differences and remember that the kids are the most important in this situation. If you and her need to discuss something you should do it in a non confrontational way without your children there. As for the child support, leave that up to the judge.

Do not take her back. My husbands ex-wife did the same thing and when he was getting custody of their 2 kids she came back and than turned around and won custody of the boys and had charges put agaisnt him so that he could not win custody. Know she lives in Alabama and we live in Texas but he has not seen his kids in years. Trust me it sucks to be paying child support plus heath insurace for kids you dont see. Do not take her back. Shes made her mind up. Put your kids first and sock it to her. Good luck and God Bless You. Just think about the years to come.

You have to go to the Child support agency and get her wages or taxes withheld. They will desposit then to you ditrectly if there is any child support agreement to support yoru cliam/
Yes, you should divorce her, she has someone else and has stopped her financial responsability with the kids.

Get you a good lawyer, one who has experience in divorce cases. Then you could get her for abandonment, or even possibly adultery.......and make her pay through the nose. Give up on her coming back......just be a good dad now...then eventually start playing the field again. Best of luck to you.
