No other way really then have a healthy diet, and join a gym...

Exercising and eating right before trying to conceive is a great way to start pregnancy...

start of with eating "clean", as in no junk food. eat fresh fruit and vegetable, white lean meat, and good fibre. low fat good calorie intake.

do light exercise like walking to start off. easy to say but hard to start...

but if you really really want this baby, wouldnt you want to make your self the best host for it and give it a good start in life?

this is great if you have your husband support as in walk together, eat the same things (provided you be the one who cook in the household).

exercise regulates your blood better, the more chance for concieving healthy kick *** baby!

Lifestyle change... Change your eating habits. Eat about 5-6 small well balanced meals per day with 2-3 snack and work out.... Also try a natural cleanse to cleanse your system of yeast and toxins. Research the no sugar/no yeast cleanse. This really works..... I lost 12lbs in the first 9 days

About 30 minutes of cardio but mostly strength training. I lost 37 lbs and conceived shortly after. Prior to the lifestyle change, I had a hard time conceiving.

If you are wanting to lose weight before you get pregnant you should be eating plenty of fresh fruit and veg to give your body lots of nutrients to give your baby. Try not to drink lots of alcohol and if you smoke either stop or cut down. Doing all these things will help you lose weight and carry a happy healthy baby.
