Try this: 1-800-955-7070. When the recording comes on hit the* key, then option 1,then enter your social security number, then you should get a live person. Good Luck!

Good luck! There are so many outfits calling themselves Capital one I called them to get off their junk mail list and they agreed and I still kept getting it, from "other outfits by the same name..."
