Pre-optometry would most likely be something in one of the sciences, similar to pre-med. The real problem you'll have is that in any of the sciences, especially something medical, there's really no way to get a legitimate degree fully online.
Perhaps, you'll be able to take some classes online, but I don't believe you'll find any school that offers the degree online without any classroom whatsoever. Just imaging trying to do labs without having to be there. It's nearly impossible due to the lack of equipment and supervision.

I would try online junior colleges and I would go to google or any search engine and type in these keywords, pre-optometry online programs, online colleges/universities. I have listed two websites that I came across. Good Luck!
