you can try some hydrogen peroxide....but I don't know what i'll do to the polyester. So dab on a little in an out of the way place on the chair then check it out. I know it'll get rid of the blood. Best of luck to you.

Always start by using the hydrogen peroxide. Then use any really good spot removers that are out there. It it's a stubborn stain, try the stain removers. But the H. P. is where to start...

there is this stuff they sell at my local grocery store called "Natures Miracle" it's the best stuff ever!!!! it get stains out of everything, and has no chemicals that will bleach or dis-color your stuff, and it's good for everything

I used oxy clean and it worked well, it even removed permanent marker from my sofa.
