Would you ever bring someone along? Either to help you fill it out, hang out with you or for support? I say that is STUPID!!! If you cant fill it out yourself, you shouldnt work there. ANd why do you need back up to go fill out an application?
We are hiring right now at my job and they have had some of the most interesting people. Mainly guys who bring their women in to fill out the applications, or ones who would be filling them out and sitting on the phone in the process...

No, I have never taken anyone with me. Where I work it's the same thing. A lot of people need help filling out the application. I'm surprised at the number of people that can barely read and write. It's so sad that most of these people are young.
