Power- Master of lightning and electricity can fly and his attack boost while fighting in or under a thunderstorm (perfect ally for storm)

I'd rather be Batman or V for Vendetta.
They don't have any silly super powers, so they can't have them taken away from them, but they can still kick major azz.
They are deadly fighter, really intelligent, have kewl gadgets, kick azz costumes, lots of money, and are just bad azz.
What's not to like?

Hoyaa! he can has the ability to access all of the worlds knowledge by simply sitting in front of a computer and typing in criterea for the knowledge he seeks... wait, i think he might be out there already ... Hoyaa? That is familiar somehow...
