How can you be the only one?
Maybe you're a ghost magnet?
Not your house, maybe you're the one that's haunted.
If it's the house than everybody would or should have the same problem. Because most of the time the ghosts that haunts the house wants people out of there and start causing troubles everybody in there.

PS: Another conclusion: You might be hallucinating.
Anythings possible, and that might be it who knows?

Ok um some signs might be if the lights flicker and the wind blows when like it is warm in your house.

But do not worry ghosts do not come back to earth to haunt you like in movies. They are hear to be your buddies unfortunately
It could just be a relative that has cared for you but has moved on to the other side.

-Good Luck ♥

Well I sounds like it, but I can also be that you are more sensitive than others and that is why you feel it.... What kind of feeling come to your head every time you feel this?, Do you feel sadness, Madness, Happiness?. Is it a mad, child, women? If you concentrated you will feel it. Don't be scare of it no matter what. If any moment you feel threatened buy it, call your spiritual guide, Which is whom ever spiritual entity you feel close and bound to, like the virgin Mary, or Jesus Christ or a past relative that you always feel saved around, and ask for protections and for the entity to leave you alone.... I can help you figure more things out, feel free to email me if no other answer works for you....

Maybe there is a ghost in your house. If anybody you love has died it could be them. Chill's could be a sign, especially if they run through your spine. Listen to the whispers. Maybe it's trying to tell you something. Also if things in your house are opening and closing, you have to be sure there is a ghost.

There has yet to be concrete evidence validating ghosts or other supernatural claims...

None exists to date that hasn't been refuted or is otherwise in error (see links).

"The only explanation is that there is a ghost in my house"

Only?

Certainly you may be experiencing some "strange" phenomena, but how do you know it isn't simply a natural occurrence that YOU cannot currently explain?

Humans have an uncanny need for explanations to the phenomena we experience, and further, have a real knack at creating them (often based upon insufficient evidence). We can allow our imaginations to get the best of us in such circumstances.

Remember, as humans, we can have faulty reasoning, we can have delusions (or daydreams) that are, effectively, "real" to us, our senses can be easily fooled (ask any magician) and we likely won't be able to readily explain everything we experience.

Just because we can't explain something right now, it does not mean that something is inexplicable, it simply means we need to search further. Your reaction of frustration/curiosity is quite normal to an experience that you are (currently) unable to explain, but it is very improbable that it is caused by ghosts.

ok....not that i dont believe you....but....lets rationalize it for a minute.
do you close your door (to the room that gets cold)? if so, this decreases the amount of air circulation in that room...it will remain cold in the winter and hot in the summer....the door needs to be open in order for the air to circulate and regulate temp properly.
however, i had a ghost in my room as a high schooler...she was friendly and only appeared to me once. she never spoke but even standing next the wall heater in the room i could feel when she passed by...it would get really cold for a second. i always had a feeling of comfort when she was around....funny thing about it....i described her to the landlord one day and he was speechless....he reached into his wallet and showed me a picture....it was of the ghost...his wife had passed away several years earlier and my room was her favorite room in the house... spooky...yet really cool!

The ONLY explanation?
Well the only way to be sure would be to let me, a liscensed ghostologist, sleep with you in your room. Are you over 18?
