No, they were never an item. Orochimaru is a power craze person, he only wants to become more powerful and learn all the jutsus in the world. Orochimaru wouldnt tried to kill Tsunade when she protects naruto from being killed if He likes her..but I bet Oro has more friendship feelings for Tsunade than Jiraiya because Oro said he trust Tsunade all the while before she betrayed his trust when healing his hands.

i don't think orochimaru could like tsunade and even if they do tsunade might not like orochimaru

umm I'm not sure well he could've considering the fact it's kinda like the sakura sasuke situation sakur's like the young tsnade and sasuke like young orichimaru but even if orichimaru does have some feelings for tsnade he's likely not to show them and besides tsnade already fell for dan

no, he hates the Konoha Village too much. but he does like Sasuke not in a gay way only because of the amount of chakara that he has.
