I dont' believe there are US laws called "massage laws". What specifically is your concern?
You don't need a license, or even education from a therapy school- but your clients might expect you to have that.

They vary from state to state. There are no states that I know of where sexual contact is allowed, expect possibly Nevada.
Some states require you keep the patient as fully covered as possible, and never expose the genitals.
There are other laws about licensing, training, and practice. Check with your state board.
