most important you first put everything into perspective.Evaluate the pros and cons of your situation.Look at it from different points of view.By this you will have to share your dilemma with someone else.Just by talking about it could make a difference.Listen to what is been said to you.Now it is up to you to make a stand. It might not be the right one but once have decided whats good for you do not look back.Look foreword awaiting new challenges each day.You yourself must want to carry on with your life.No one can do that for you.Do not fall in to depression.

I'm either very lucky! Or incredibly selfish but both are satisfying!

I have found a job I love (I ignore its down sides as much as possible) I've never stayed in a job I didn't like longer than it took to find something else.
My main relationship is with the man I married 36 years ago (and we both work through the bad together.) I wouldn't be with him if I was unhappy.
I have problems in life as much as anyone else, I just try not to let them get in the way of my being happy.

you know out of all ive been through (which is alot) i have noticed all i could do is breath thank God we were built to do this involuentarty cause i think i would have forgot to breath a long time ago. But i do know from this what ever experience we go through seems like we will never make it and the load is too much to bare. but after we make we are not only stronger but are then able to share it with others going through the same thing. though my life has been rough i wouldnt trade it for the world

The hope that things will get better. Often religious people keep going because they feel that if they give up they will burn in hell. But others think that things will get better or that others have things worse then they do. Things could always be worse then they already are. Besides, what is there once you give up, nothing. Might as well live and experience then die and experience absolutely nothing.

Hope and/or faith. In family , partners, life, religion. Things can only go wrong for so long then the only way is up, things have to get better or whats the point in living at all.
At some point u have to have faith in urself aswell that u have the power within to change things for the better then the determination to do it.

In terms of jobs, some people hate their job, but really can't find another one, or just don't have the time to deal with finding another one.

Humans are strange fickel creatures we wonder around in our little worlds not really grasping the reality about us ... but we come in alone and we go out alone no matter what else happens and deep down we all know that. so the strong among us get on with it and the weak or those who cant get back up again leave early.

its not a comdemnation just some people can take more crap than others. When you cant take anymore you check out.

It's just easier. A lot of people would rather be in a bad relationship than alone or doggedly stick with a bad job rather than try to find a new one. Perhaps it's fear of failing in something new that keeps people from changing the things they have.

Inertia, fear, psychological and financial woundedness, lack of self worth, warped belief system, etc. etc. etc. People often do not leap with the faith that a net will appear. But some do...
