Go to your bank they will do it for free. Go to any other bank and they will charge you a small fee.

Yes, most bank branches have a notary on hand. I wouldn't try a small one like in a grocery store, but rather a bank branch.
Some charge if you don't have an account with them so go to your bank.

any local UPS store or the link will normally have a notary on site. just call them up and see if they are around.
