While I usually don't go out of my way to obtain gum, I will chew as many pieces as are in my possession. If I have a pack of 12, I will chew 12. If I have 2 packs of 12, I will chew 24, and so on. This can be a real problem if the gum happens to be sugar-free since the sugar-substitutes can cause schmee (diarrhea) when comsumed in large quantities. So I guess my answer would be....somewhere between 0 and riduculous, lol.

Depends if I am really stressing and can't have a smoke then I can chew through a 24 piece pack in 5 or 6 hours or however long I am at work. But if its a normal even emotion kind of day I usually chew around 6 or 7 pieces in a day.

Cat don't chew gum. It sticks to Catfangs and makes 'em hurt. Cat uses a lot of Listerine strips in the orangey flavor instead. Cat likes those. And the cinnamon ones, too. And Altoids. Cat has been addicted to Altoids for a while. The cinnamon ones, of course.
