Well, the question is, do you want to? If yes, then go for it. Apparently, your friend is not interested in him. Maybe you are. That shouldn't anger your friend. If she's jealous, then she should have said yes. But she didn't.

Now, on the other hand, if do not want to, then stand your ground hard and say No. Stop his babbling and look at him straight in the eye and tell him no. If you stray or not sound firm, he will take that as a "maybe" and ask again. Don't beat around the bush. Tell it straight how it is. That is the only way this guy will listen.

Apparently, someone had told him, "You'll never know until you try." or something like that. So, he thinks that it will not hurt to "try" and ask.

However, this guy needs his "bubble burst" every once in awhile, just to stay humble.
Don't let him control the conversation. Remember, he asked you. So the ball is in your court. Therefore, you "own" the conversation.

Besides, you are annoyed by him asking over and over, right? Then, don't give him the chance for that.

If she keeps changing her mind then she doesn't really want him. If you do..then go to your friend and tell her he asked you out & since she never could decide...that your GOING for it. Then let the boy know you will go out with him, just tell the friend 1st to make it right.

If you like him say yes but if he has never shown any interest in you, he's probably just trying to make your friend jealous. But then again I'm always wrong so it's just a matter of it you like him or not. Good luck!

You should tell him no because he just wants to go out with someone, anyone, and watch when you tell him no he will just go on to the next girl. And you shouldn't go with him just because he asked your friend and now how would it look to her if you turned up going out with him!

If you like him...why not. But if he asked you right away when your friend rejected him, then I will have to say, "NO". You never know he might be using you to get through your buddy.

Just ask your friend if she's fine with it first, so that she doesn't get mad at you. But don;t let a guy ruin your friendship. If she's fine with it then go for it.

If you are interested in him then go ahead and go out with him....she cannot make up her mind so unfortunately she loses out! That is her problem not yours.
