The requirement is not single religion. What is needed is the correct understanding of each religion's basic teachings. No religion is based on hatred or intolerance. It is the people who take upon them as the teachers of religious thinking misguiding the ignorant people.

No. Its not possible or probable. It is in our individualness that we thrive and survive. We know there is one true God, but people of the world will not understand that ever. As far as involving the Government in religion--no, that is called either socialism, communism or even a dictatorship. Universal peace and prosperity--different countries see that different ways, it is a very confusing ideal.

Gosh in a perfect world this could happen. But so far we're not hitting it right. I think the third world countries will be the hardest to get that answer to? they need to stop what they are doing and think but they are selfish horrible people to continue to fight.

Even if you could get every spiritual person to believe in one particular religion, which would never happen in a million years, what would you do with the non-spiritual people?

Your notion is well beyond idealistic.

religion exists even before governments, and religion is for what an individual believes so governments cant get into every individual to force him believe in something, so its impossible to get everyone in the world believe in the same thing.

trying to get two people to agree on a single idea is almost impossible, how would you suggest we do as you think, make it mandatory, with death penalty for those that refuse to agree
