The Steelers coach will most likely be someone within their own organization. The Steelers will probably promote one of their coordinators to the head-coaching position. The person that has the best shot to me of becoming the next Steelers head coach is Russ Grimm. He has been in the Steelers organization and he is a Pittsburgh native. His history with the Steelers should help him in his quest to become the next Steelers head coach.
