gorilla glue... haha... back in 5th grade my best friend glued his hands together with that stuff... had to go to the hospital to have the doctors cut them apart....

wait.. in their shoe? Gorilla glue if its for mending. For a prank, I would put rice crispys in there, because they mash easily and get stuck to socks even easier.
