Seems to be legit. I couldnt get anyone to sign up for my referals, so I am doing all nothing but offers. I almost have enough points for the Platinum system. Maybe a few more days and I will have credit for everything and can put in the order for the system and get it.

It's true, but you have to pay a small fee to complee a offer, and try to convince abotu 10 friends to complete a small offer as well, pretty pointless really
