I have a Nintendo Wii and a xbox 360. Is it worth it to trade in my ps2 gba sp and like 22 ps2 games for a ps3? I can either choose to buy xbox wireless network adapter (costing $99.99) to get on xbox live or buy a PS3 and waste $500. I would need to know by 1/31/07 because i am useing a trade-in-value offer to get 10% x-tra for the money for the PS3. PLEASE TELL ME IF PS3 IS WORTH IT!!!

Don't buy the PS3 now, it's too expensive, doesn't have lot of games and still has bugs. You can get a wireless adpater for the xbox 360 but i would use ethernet cable instead. It's a lot faster and more reliable. As for games you would want to get Gears Of War, it's the best game right now.

If I were you I would keep the Ps2, and get the wireless network adapter for Live. Xbox live is amazing. Right now PS3 's are having to much problems. I would choose Xbox live over PS3 right now. 1) to many PS3 problems, over heating, broken parts, etc. 2) What games are on the PS3 that aren't on Xbox 360. 3) The games on the 360 are awesome and Xbox Live is usually pretty smooth and good. I have had XBOX live since it first came out with Mech Assault. Xbox live is a good buy.

dont trade it in i was there once when ps2 came out and some kid next 2 me traded in like 30 ps2 games and they only gave him like $60
try if u want and ask but your stuff isnt gonna be enough 4 the ps3 i say try to get the network adapter becuz the ps3 dont work and is expensive
remenber when the 360 came out it had bugs
same thing wit ps3

well Xbox live is pretty freakin sweet, and its worth spending $100 on.
However the PS3 is also worth $600 easily.
i own a PS3 and after playing it i know i would have spend at least a thousand dollars on it if i had to.
but if you do buy the PS3 you will neglect your 360. people that say otherwise are quite simply microsoft's loyal whores.
i got a 360 when it came out and i loved it, kinda like you do now. but after getting the PS3 i have been totally ignoring it and you will too.
my solution to you my friend, is go for the wireless adapter.
you dont want your 360 to feel like woody in toy story do you?

if ur gonna buy a ps3 id wait a several months to a year because it has bugs and problems with cooling etc. If u wait that long then you would have a ps3 that will have no problems.

No I don't think it's worth is beacause soon it's only going to cost like $200 so don't waste all that money now beacause that like is a waste of money.LOL LOL LOL beacause i wanted to do that but no not anymore ok?lol
