I worked out 4 days a week, including 30-45 minutes of moderate cardio and strength training. Perfectly fine. It will keep you from gaining a ton of weight and will be easier to lose what you do gain after delivery. Just ask your Dr. to be on the safe side, but most doctors recommend exercise during pregnancy. I am ttc right now, still work out 4-5 days a week and will continue to do so through my pregnancy.

I'm trying to get pregnant as well and I was told that swimming and yoga are good exercises (I do both) I do Yoga at least twice a week and I swim maybe once or twice a week. So exercising a couple times a week is good for exercising.

No. the infant hasn't lengthy gone by ability of puberty and had her era (in common words women can get pregnant) and do not take heed to the fellow who stated positioned on 2 condoms, that motives friction which will cause them to spoil. Having sex even as you're pregnant is high-quality, it would not somewhat result the infant in any respect because no matter how enormous a penis is, it gained't attain the uterus (the position the infant is is).

yes you can. My sister did weight lifting and yoga before she got pregnant. She continued to do so until she got pregnant and then started doing yoga for pregnant women. She had to stop the weight lifting after she was three months pregnant. So it is possible and permitted.

You can swim, that is stimiliation to your heart, and keeps your arm and leg mussles working. Plus the water helps support your back. Walking is good too.
