Alternative c would be correct as far as use of pronouns is concerned.
In a, it should be you and me.
In b, the correct usage would be him and me.
In d, the words should be 'between herself and me'.

Only c is correct. The pronouns must be objective case; note that "sat between them" would be correct, but "sat between they" would not.
