All the cells in your body came to be because of mitosis (remeber, you started out as single cell after fertilization), but not all cells in your body now will undergo mitosis. Some cells have lost their ability to divide. For example, Red blood cells do not have a nucleus, so they are dead end. Neurons (nerve cells) also lost their ability to divide. There are many others.

Most cells in our bodies go through mitosis. As previously stated, because all cells arise from a simple zygote in fertilization, all body, or somatic, cells are created by mitosis. However, sex cells are created through meiosis. This produces the gametes that end up fusing together to form a new organism.

I think you mean regeneration, and the answer that most of the cells - except nerve cells of the brain and spinal cord - are amenable for regeneration. mitosis is a part of the cell cycle and is most marked in embryo cells. Abnormal mitotic figures are a sign of cancer.
