so i want to return my ps3 (still in 30 day return thing) since it pretty much sucks...i want to return it and get a nintendo wii but im wondering if there would be a problem doing so since my mom used her credit card to pay everything...will it be a problem if i go without her? do i need the credit card we payed with?

You do not need the card. The card number is stored in their system and the amount will be credited back to her card. You should do the exchange for the Wii at the same time if you can. If not, have the equivalent cost of a Wii with tax refunded to you in the form of a Best Buy Gift Card and have the rest refunded to the original credit card of payment.

your fine going with out her. but bring the wii up with you so that you can exchange and the rest of the money can be put back on the card.

Do know that you will not be able to return any open games.
