i don't really get it.
it's like having JUST the thumbs up.
and we don't even get anything for it.

Not sure. It's just a simplified thumbs up and down for me.
I heard you can take back your thumbs up after giving it but never try it so I wouldn't know.

I don't really like the fact that you can see who rated you... but I'm glad yahoo got rid of the thumbs down

its an interesting idea. yahoo answers is pretty brilliant, so i'd say it adds to the brilliance.
