do I think to much? Like, during math, I was thinking oppiniated things, like "Her hair is hideous" and then I though, what if someone could read minds? And I kept thinking stuff and then re-thinking them. Why do I think to much and how can I stop?

Man's soul, however, is deep, its current gusheth in subterranean caverns: woman surmiseth its force, but comprehendeth it not."
[Nietzsche, Thus Spake Zarathustra, Of Old and Young Women.]

Find a depth for your surface.
