I wasn't aware he was running. Oh, do you mean BARACK OBAMA?!? because he's as Christian as they come. Here's a quote to help you out:

I was drawn to the power of the African American religious tradition to spur social change. [...] In the history of these struggles, I was able to see faith as more than just a comfort to the weary or a hedge against death; rather, it was an active, palpable agent in the world. [...] It was because of these newfound understandings–that religious commitment did not require me to suspend critical thinking, disengage from the battle for economic and social justice, or otherwise retreat from the world that I knew and loved–that I was finally able to walk down the aisle of Trinity United Church of Christ one day and be baptized. It came about as a choice and not an epiphany; the questions I had did not magically disappear. But kneeling beneath that cross on the South Side of Chicago, I felt God's spirit beckoning me. I submitted myself to His will, and dedicated myself to discovering His truth.
- Barack Obama, "My Spiritual Journey," TIME, October 23, 2006.

Because I could have sworn that Mosques are used for people of the Muslim and Islamic faith. So, I guess you're retarded?

The only chaps I know are worn by cowboys and bikers.
They are inanimate articles of clothing and don't have the right or ability to vote.

Why would I answer such a stupid question.

You made up the name.

There is no such person and the person you are trying to insult is much more intelligent than you. But who isn't.

If you weren't such an idiot I would give you my opinion but you have to learn to spell first. I doubt that will happen.

I wouldn't vote for him because he hasn't done anything. Other than getting elected to the Senate, which I'll admit is no small accomplishment for a man with a name that sounds like it ought to be on the terrorist watch list! But he's been in the Senate for 2 years, and I haven't heard of anything specific that he's done (and by the way, I live in Illinois now).

Obama is a really great candidate with good credentials. I would vote for him in the next presidential election if he were on the ballot. Your assumptions based on name and race are offensive and uneducated.

Huh? Borat, the fictional character created by Sacha Cohen? Hussein, the dead guy? Osama, the maybe-dead maybe-alive guy, funded by the U.S., openly living in the country of our "ally", source of major terrorist attacks, but whom the current U.S. government seems to show no desire to apprehend?

Yeah....I'll vote for him where-ever the booths are.

When people voted for Bush...the booths should have been in outhouses... that's really where they should have been considering what he's full of.

I hate not being nice....but you really lowered the bar.

For the last time you racist pigs, HE IS AN AMERICAN! And if you want to keep insulting him, then get the f**k out of my country. My grandfather didn't fight in WW2 so idiots like you could profane the greatness of the USA and her people.

No way in heck. He's another sickening, disgusting liberal. The people in Illinois elected him for Senate over Alan Keyes, a decent Black man, like saying "give us Barabbas."

Now, I notice some people below trying to say he's a "Christian," ect. Look at what the man stands for, however - it's everything low and rotten.
