It looks like they are trying to hide a pregnancy on her, she looks like she might be pregnant.

then she have been pregnant for a very long time.... she always wears stuff like that....

Probably to take the emphasis off of her breasts! Didn't some guy write a song in which he stated that her body was a "wonderland" (and he had an 'all access' pass?)
