Poem Help (homework)?

Question

I need to make a poem about chocolate. Can anyone give me any metaphors for chocolate.

Some metaphors for chocolate could include:
as sweet as my (mother/husband/wife/daughter/son)/ honey/ nectar
as delicious as Ambrosia
as comforting as a blanket on a cold winter day/the hug of a mother
as stiring as the kiss of a lover
as joyful as the shine of the morning sun
as beautiful as a flower/ nature
as rich as the wealthiest man in the world (don't put a name, it sounds terrible)

A nice opening line, that popped into my head:

Chocolate, the decadant sweet,
o my, what a marvelous treat.

Then you could follow that with a bunch of metaphors. =)

Wow! Re-reading it:
nectar, flower
winter day, morning sun
mother, lover

I think you could get something REALLY good here. lol
