I know, strange isn't it? We're so used to seeing 100 Democrats with 150 different opinions (half of them keep flip-flopping so they get counted twice) but we're certainly not used to seeing it from republicans because they are usually very united.

It's an appropriate distancing from Bush, given the last election and the upcoming election. Bush himself said that he should be the "scape-goat."

I didn't understand their opposition or the new resolution the way you have it stated.

I think the issue is requiring Iraq to pony up.

Mostly it is Republicans up for election. The rest don't care what the the majority of the public want.

We haven't seen anything yet.
Watch the Democrats fight.
A couple of them want to win in Iraq.
And several of the New Democrats don't even hate America.

Are you trying to convince me that i shouldnt side with republicans because not even republicans support republicans anymore? cuz im not as stupid as you think i am.. simply because my intelligence is higher then yours. What you just tried to pull is called propaganda.. bandwagon in specific.. its when you try to convince someone your right, not by your plans or theories... rather by trying to convince someone they are wrong by trying to make them feel they are all alone.

Not all arabs are terrorists.. Not all asains are short.. Unfortunately, not all republicans are smart. There are 8 retarded Republicans, although sense they side with the democrats.. they are either a.) weak because they feel overwelmed by losing the majority to the democrats or b.) they are democrats themselves. Making there 8 more retarded democrats and no more retarded republicans... hoorah!!

It's called, "I'm throwing my hat into the Presidential election foray for 2008. Given the President's approval rating, it's politically expedient to distance myself from him, thereby improving my own chances".

Ever given that consideration?

I'd like to know whats "new" about it. It seem like just adding more troops to the same situation. But its been over 3 years and he's never had a plan, so why start now?

I see your point, at least a Republican can voice his dissent to his party, I don't see that happening in the Democrat party!
