how do I clean suede boots with yellow powder (from flower) on them?

If you mean yellow pollen from flowers, you should be able to just brush it off with a suede brush, or a plastic nail brush also works. Just do it gently. If that doesn't work, try one of the suede cleaning sprays on the market.

BY SOFTLY RUBBING WITH SAND PAPER. WORKS ON ANY COLOR SUEDE.
