on grand theft auto san andreas how do you bleach cj's skin i know it can be done but i forget how?

You can't do that on the PS2 version, but there's probably a download for that for the PC version. Try searching google for edisoncarter. He does that kind of stuff with the GTAs.

How can one bleach something that's not tangible?

Just search on the web for cheats and codes. I'm sure something will pop up for that. I know people that used pedestrians as the main character.
