If the American leaders continue to lead with their own financial interest in mind, then will the average American take steps to revolt against the government? Are today's Americans capable of revolting against bad government or are they too comfortable or? How uncomfortable would the average American need to be for them to actively try to change or correct the current system?

The thing that fascinates me about this is that they actually have convince many middle class and poor that it is correct/ok for the rich to take everything, leaving little or nothing for anyone else. People truly hope that by some miracle they too will someday be rich, so therefore you don't want to do anything to hinder the rich in being happy.
People don't revolt until they have suffered enough, and I'm afraid we have only just started.
