That's rather sad, but believe me waiting for death is a very slow death itself. Ones soul is never consumed but ones emotions but is rather poisoned by his own darkness and self-hatred.
Death might bring you relief, but do not rely on this mysterious statement to make a difference, it might also bring more pain a hundred times worse if you take your own life. Find something to believe in, find some relief and all your sorrow and revelations that have been revealed to you, and you will see that the pain will slowly lift but it will never end. Life is just pain, even the happiest person on earth lives with pain and fear. So must you and live and make the best of it as much as you can.
