-Isiah Thomas
-Tracy McGrady

-Magic Johnson
Now that I've named like all of the best players to every play who came from the east, I think I've made my point. The east has it all. I'm sure the west has a couple of good players here and there but the list above is proof that the best of all time come from the east. Check it for yourself.
Also, that's just a small list too. Run on over to wikipedia.org and put in the other names of the other great basketball players and you'll see that they all came from the East.

Neither. I've seen some great ballers from both the East and West Coast. If you're talking about what college they went to, definintley the East. On the East coast you have North Carolina, Duke, Boston College, Florida, (Redick, Hansbrough, Florida's 5) big name schools like that. But from the West Coast the better schools are UCLA, Gonzaga, Washington, teams that will produce a good star every once in a while. (Morrison, Gay, etc.)
