Some people don't last 10 minutes. Look at Brit Spears that the first guy she married: 55 hours!! Seriously, I'm not sure if there is a time line, but check with a lawyer.

I think there has to be a 30 day marriage but as long as you qualify in Texas you should be able to file for one. Contact your local legal aid assoc for advice and requirements. Good luck
