Probably you have crabs or a fungus infection. If you've shaved the area, it's probably a fungus. If not, it's probably crabs. Both should be treated promptly.

Where is the itch? If it is in the glans (head) of your penis, it could be due to accumulated smegma (the whitish powder under the foreskin) which you should wash daily with plain water.
If the itch is on the skin in the pubic area, it could be due to lice (crabs) on your pubic hair, if you havent shaved the hair, or fungus infection.
If there is an itch around your anus, and your itch is in the night, this could be due to intestinal worms.
All the conditions mentioned above are easily treatable. Check with your doctor.
