I saw it and I didn't think there were many cuss words. The grandpa says the f word a few times and that's about it. It's a great movie, if you haven't seen it you should!

The "f-word" is used pretty liberally, and Grandpa utters a few offensive terms for homosexuals. Grandpa is a drug user, though it's not portrayed as something positive. There are risque scenes, sexually suggestive music lyrics, and references to underage sex that might offend, especially parents of preteens.
All in all, though, it's quite a good movie--rather high on the scale for what I expected to be just another "quirky family" movie. I enjoyed it.

Some pretty harsh cuss words. Especially when the grandfather is telling his grandson he should F--- as many girls as he can.

omg that is the best movie ever.
it's not for kids under like...12 or whatever though.
[it's rated "r".]
there's suicide, drugs, uhm this guy dies from drugs, the "f" word alot, a discussion/arguement about sex, and some more "innapropriet" stuff.
otherwise it's great.

my brothers and sister saw it in my home theater system, i was not there to see it :( oh well, i can tell its a drama movie, but who cares, i know what kind of movies i like. i have a different taste in movies.

i saw the movie... it was cool and the performance scene was hilarious!!! i recommend it..... is a very good film!

My folks saw it and said the language was absolutely filthy with an overuse (if that's possible) of the "F" word.
