Depends on the size and what it would fight with. rocks? bare hands? I don't think a giraffe is a kind of animal that would fight anyways. But if I had to choose it would be the monkey probably because a monkey is as smart as us and a giraffe might be a bit dumber than a monkey. But if it was a gorilla or an orangutan than the giraffe would seriously lose.

The giraffe, it is larger and stronger. The donkey will be intimidated by it's height even before the fight starts, and the giraffe can just chase it away. If the donkey stands its ground, the giraffe can smash its skull with a single kick, or knock it down by barging it over, then simply trample over it. The giraffe has a neck attack too, but the donkey can avoid that because it's smaller- at the same time, the donkey's small size means that its kicks aren't landing with enough force to do lethal harm to the giraffe, a donkey bite might make the giraffe shy away, but it'll probably just make the giraffe angrier.

That realy depends on what monkey is fighting. The pygmy monkey is about the size of your hand or something. But realistically, only one of any kind of monkey is not going to kill a giraffe.
PS: apes are not monkeys, so things like baboons and gorrilaz do not count.

the monkey cause giraffe's can't bend their necks and they can only kick so the monkeys any kind can just jump on it and start hitting and biting.
