The mean IQ for adults is 100, with a standard deviation of 15.
An IQ score between 115-124 is considered above average (eg, university student) and a score between 125-134 is considered gifted (eg, post-graduate student).
Incase you're interested: 134-144 highly gifted (intellectuals), 145-154 genius (professor), 155-164 genius (Nobel Prize winners), 165-179 high genius, 180-200 highest genius, above that is just scary.

The average IQ sqore is 100. Half of the population have IQ’s of between 90 and 110, while 25% have higher IQ’s and 25% have lower IQ’s:

So, 122 is fairly high, yes, but not quite genius.

Thats pretty good not einstein good but good. I took an iq test for people 18-25 when i was 10 and i had an iq score of 137

better than just about 93% of all people. not too bad at all. i read somewhere that the average iq for ph.d's is about 125.
