hot water. hot as you can get it. keep applying to spot. it will come to a head and drain on its own.(hot water opens the pore) after it drains wash face with cold water.(it shrinks pore hole).

Stop using Dove. It has moisturizer in it. And if you are a teenager you prob. have oily skin. Use dial soap and rinse very well. You can follow some of the advice here about opening it up. What you want to do is to do that then dab it with something that is drying. Also, salt water used to work for me when I was a teen.

Is it one of those ulcer like ones? If so,put toothpaste on it. Leave it over night. or you could try anyone of those poison ivy rash creams. they draw liquid (poison) out of the bumps. It will suck out the oil in your monster zit.
If its closer to the surface, put a warm, hot washcloth over it for an hour and you should be able to pop it easy without digging on your skin.

Drink a glass of warm water in the morning (and any other time of day) and to keep your face clear, just add a few drops of FRESH lemon juice.

sounds kinda weird but I've heard of people getting a finger wet and rubbing a bar of soap with that finger, then put the "suds" on your spot. Leave it on overnight and it should help to dry it out.
