I had been feeling excellent for the last months, but recently, since week 32, I've been getting some major extreme mood swings that really get to me :-( Is there something I can do? (I'm also diagnosed with preeclampsia so I can't work out)

Is there something that you find that is relaxing to do? A warm bath, a massage, reading? I suggest doing something relaxing or distancing yourself from what could be causing these mood swings.
Also talk to your doctor about a small glass of wine to help yourself relax - a lot of doctors recommend it these days - with you having pre-eclampsia I'm not sure if it is restricted so definitely ask the doctor!
Big Hugs as I know you are nearing the homestretch and it isn't easy :)

I can relate, my moods are so dangerous I typically see crimson everytime I get made approximately the whole lot. Im no longer more often than not like that. I felt the equal approximately my partener, and I had warned him what I might be like pregnant, its been rocky a couple of instances, however he loves me ample to stay with it. If your fiance feels the equal I wouldnt fear, simply give an explanation for to him its your being pregnant, heck even being pregnant books will inform you its your hormones and that ppl shouldnt take it in my opinion. There particularly isnt a lot you'll be able to do, its difficult, I uncover I simply have my well days and my dangerous days. Try to distract your self whilst you get irritated, i uncover baking, or cleansing support, even simply stepping out for a bit of or putting with peers. I want you good fortune lady!

Have your ever tried yoga, they are good for releasing endorphines and that makes you happy, go for a massage or a nice hot bath or even a quiet room with no lights and ocean sounds or rain playing that always helped me, but good luck with it. Your almost there keep up the good work.

You will overcome this. My pregnancies changed my mood from second to second. It is so stressful and painful, I know. It is natures way of prepping you for what is to come. How about you pamper yourself with a good massage?

I had pre-eclampsia too, and it was tough! Best of luck to you!

My doctor ok'd me to have a glass of wine each night with food. I know - gasp! But it helped me mellow out and relax. oh, and it was a small glass, not 12oz or anything! LOL!
