I'm not sure who designed it but, you may be able to find out at E Online. Everyone has their own tastes and styles although it's not my #1 choice. The first link I put on here will give you a much larger image so you can see the dress in full detail. Hope this helps. :)

go into your kitchen take out the aluminum foil and wrap yourself from the neck down and I think you'll have a pretty good likeness.
